Booking: Once we have discussed location, unit, and pricing. I do need your name, address, party time, and phone number to get you on my books! We do not require deposit but take payment upon arrival.

We will contact you the evening before your event with a drop off time! 

Due to liability we do not leave units at parks, community areas, apartments, or town houses. We stick to private residential events and churches. 

When we arrive to your event…

 First thing we will need is for the homeowner to sign the contract for us. This is also when we will accept payment in the form of cash or check.

The second thing is a location for the unit. We are looking for a flat grass surface no more than 55ft from an outlet. Bounce house blowers must be plugged in the entire time! If you rent a water unit we need to be near a water source. You are in charge of providing a water hose. Safety is key, we will be staking the unit into the ground. We will ask if there are any utilities underground we need to be aware of.

We clean our units between rentals and spot check the unit before we leave! 

Safety is one of our main priorities. Due to blowers being electrical they cannot be operated in the rain. We also don’t want our units to fill up with water. 

Wind is also a big no no for bounce houses. We do not operate units with wind 13mph or above.

If weather is not ideal for your event you can reschedule or cancel. We watch the weather on multiple websites/radars and like to make a decision by 7:30am the morning of the event. We don’t want you paying for a unit that you are not able to use. 

We ask that the kids do not wear shoes in the unit, no food is allowed, face paint, and that there are no sharp objects in or around the unit. Silly string will cause major damage to the unit so please keep it far away. If damage to the unit occurs due to violation of the rules or it being unnecessarily dirty a cleaning fee may be charged.

*There is a price difference for wet units versus dry units. 

We ask that you please keep the unit inflated that way we can begin the cleaning process.
